Isn't that the sweetest picture? I love how Elisabeth's little hand is resting on Donald's neck. She's a snuggler, that little one.
Today Elisabeth and I are heading to Spokane. She has an appointment with her ophthalmologist to get a baseline as she starts the Sabril.
Her eyes haven't been evaluated since February and so I will be so curious to hear what he thinks about her vision (or lack of). Sometimes I just wish that I could have a peek at the world through Elisabeth's eyes; I wonder what it looks like? Is there any clarity? Or are all the objects and people around her just blurred blobs? And I wonder just how far she can see; one foot, two feet? It's so hard to tell these things myself, but I am hoping that the pediatric ophthalmologist's expertise can provide some further insight.
If there is any news worth telling I'll share it on the morrow.
