Remember last May when Elisabeth had her G-tube placed? Well, for the past 4 months she has successfully received all of her meals and medications through her tube. It makes life so easy and stress free....for her and me.
And, because she has successfully been getting all of her nutrition, she has also successfully been gaining weight...and now her original button has gotten a wee bit snug on her tummy:
So today Elisabeth and I are going to drive to Spokane so she can have a new button put in; it's supposed to be a Mic-Key, I've heard good things about the Mic-Key. (Let's hope they're all true!)
Out with the old...in with the new.
