On Saturday the Nova was entered into its 2nd car show.
Do you know what goes on at car shows?
A lot of car talk. Men 'oohing' and 'aahing'
over things like engines (boring).
Me on the other hand,
I judge cars on how shiny they are.
"Ooh...Donald, look at that one," said Lisa as she
pointed to a shiny red 1960-something corvette.
Sadly, the Nova drove away empty handed.
(Did I ever mention that it won a trophy
at the last show we entered it in?)
One more thing:

Bahaha...Real men do push pink strollers!
Sorry the Nova didn't win anything, Good luck next time!
Also, I too would judge by how shiny they were
And get manicures and sing-a-long to Hannah Montana. Donald is so manly!!
Elisabeth looks so cozy in her stroller! Hope you had a good time!
Tiago would be in heaven. I am sure that he would be overwhelmed. Funny how the first thing I noticed on the pink stroller picture was the lovely green and weed free grass.
me too, rachelle! look at that lawn!
lisa, elisabeth looks bored too lol i don't think she cares about engines.
but lex and lorelai seem to be having a great time.
Here's to manly men! Especially the ones pushing pink strollers!
I have gone to many a car show with dentist husband (my father in law owns some 1970's Jaguar) and I am the same way.
We went to a car show this weekend too. There was very loud music playing! Why I don't know! The men there were 2 generations older than the music!
In Ohio, there's a car show nearby every weekend. At fairgrounds, grocery stores, Walmart. Where ever they can park!
So cute! Maybe next year it'll come home with a prize :)
The first thing I noticed was how skinny Donald looks! Dang Lisa! The Sorensons are becoming quite the fit group!
Is Alexandra crossing her eyes in that pic or am I imagining things?
Way to go Donald!!! Pink is the ticket!
better luck next time!!! thedonald looks great pushing that pink stroller, by the way... of course i couldn't personally take my eyes off the beautiful baby girl he's sporting:)
love,
dani xxxxx
Car shows ARE boring!
LOVE the Daddy pushing PINK stroller pic. hehehehe!!!
Did you see my post on "support?" Any ideas?? You are my only go-to person so far. Thanks!
Getting out of the house and spending family time is always a good thing. Even if Donald came away empty handed. :)
Your weather looks really nice by the way.
I rode around in high school in my friends old nova. The floor of the passenger seat had a hole clean through and you could see the road whizzing by below you, it was a little unsettling.
Your Nova on the other had is quite the car. I think that's great Donald has a car to be proud of.
Cool! I love the picture of him pushing the stroller!
Thanks for that comment!
My family is VERY hard on me. Not Aaron or my kids, but my sisters are.
I just feel like I am still learning and accepting everything. In no way am I ungrateful.
Thank you for being there.
It means more to me than you will EVER know!!!
pink strollers and fast cars. he's a man of the millenium!
Why, I was just thinking, look how handsome my oldest child looks. And of course my beautiful youngest grandaughter!
We're mustang people over here. Josh admires the working parts while I admire the others. Like stitching in the leather, wooden floorboards, different knobs on gear shifters, carpet, stuff like that. We could have fun together!
Awesome stroller picture! Couldn't agree more. :)
