Lost Tooth

Alexandra will turn 7 in a few days. To her, the idea of turning 7 without losing a tooth was unacceptable. So she took matters into her own hands. She carefully tied a piece of floss around her wiggly tooth, closed her eyes, chickened out a few times, and then yanked! We heard a little *tink* sound as it hit the tile floor in front of her. It was out. She squealed with delight and spent the day showing everyone her not-so-toothless grin (her big tooth had already grown in behind the baby tooth).
