A Recipe-a-Week in 2010

Week 11

Stir Fry


lb meat sliced thin
Nappa Cabbage cut in half and then 1-11/2" slices
Carrots peeled and slided on diagonal
Fresh spinach chopped
Pea pods
Sliced onion


put oil in wok on high heat
Add meat
Add Garlic powder
When meat is done add soy sauce, oyster sauce and 2 tsp sugar
Add onion
add cauliflower
stir until tender
add carrots
add broccoli
add rest of vegetables
cook until tender
add 1/3 c water if necessary
